The Convergence Consultant

Business & Transformation | People & Organization | Process & Technology| Legal, Governance & Regulation

Complex challenges rarely sit within a single function — and the answers definitely don't!

Over 20+ years I have learned to see the larger picture and connect it to the smallest of issues — reading multiple signals, surfacing the interlinkages, and helping make sense of how it all comes together. That perspective has evolved from understanding how work gets done, to who gets it done and what it takes to bring them along, to making process, people, organisation and technology change together — and now to ensuring that change holds, through governance, controls and risk.

This is what I bring to complex problems spanning strategy, people, process, technology, finance, governance and regulation — pragmatic solutions that work across the problem, not just within one function

How work gets done → who gets it done → making things change together → ensuring that change holds.

Where Perspectives Converge

Complex organisational problems rarely belong to one discipline — and a change in one area can have consequences across others - The perspectives below are interconnected and rarely operate in isolation. What I bring is the ability to see those connections, understand the interdependencies, and make sense of the whole.

Business, Process & Operational Excellence: What the organisation is trying to achieve and how work actually gets done — connecting business analysis, process improvement, operational efficiency, and performance measures.

People, Organisation & Capability: Who does the work, how roles and structures enable performance, and what capability is required — bringing together organisation design, workforce strategy, capability architecture, leadership development, and change adoption.

Transformation & Technology: How changes in technology, operating models, and ways of working reshape the organisation — translating enterprise-wide transformation into the structural, organisational, and workforce implications.

Employee Experience & Culture: How people experience change and what helps new ways of working take hold — connecting employee voice, organisational diagnostics, engagement, and behavioural change.

Business, Finance, Legal & Regulatory: How decisions hold up through controls, accountability, financial considerations, law, and regulation — bringing commercial, financial, legal, regulatory, and governance considerations into operational and strategic decisions.
